Sherwood Diary: Norseman to Yerdani Well Rest Area

On the journey yesterday we had an excellent bacon and egg sandwich at Widgiemooltha which surprised us as the roadhouse is so shabby. The coffee was good as well.

Breakfast at the Norseman RV park yesterday, quite a contrast to the night before.

Coolgardie has a dump point and drinking water taps and we made use of them before driving on.

We had lunch at a place called The Gorge just before Coolgardie yesterday. There was no water in the reservoir and we could only just make out the little gorge through bushes.

Not a really big gorge. I looked on Google Maps satellite view to see if it was further away, but I think this is it.
Anyway it was a good spot for lunch and we some sunshine.
Our parkup at Yerdani Well RA. There is one other camper here that we saw on the way in. No campers are visible from our campsite. It’s good to find we can be alone when most places are so busy.
